What Is Your Return Policy?

Our Guarantee Return or exchange within 14 business days from the delivered date.

Request:

• Items received within 14 business days from the delivered date.
• Items received unused, undamaged, unwashed and in original package.
• We do not offer return on earrings
• Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without address that we send
• Please send the item(s) back to us through a local mail office instead of express services like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX.
• （If you choosing one of the above-mentioned fast deliver options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process.）
• Refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund back to your account.
• If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
